Bundle Rod Heating Elements 

The BIRD CAGE OR BUNDLE ROD  ELEMENTS are high powered maintenance friendly heating elements. Owing  to the free radiating property of the heating element design these elements are usually loaded with higher watt Densities  as compared to the other element configurations.

The construction of the heating elements makes them user& maintenance friendly as they can be installed or withdrawn from a running furnace, with out necessitating the furnace cool down

These elements can be mounted vertically or horizontally in the furnace. The horizontal assembly requires radiant tube to support the heating element in the furnace.

In atmosphere furnaces it is necessary to install radiant tubes of suitable material to protect the elements from the furnace atmospheres and also make the furnace leak tight for the furnace atmosphere.
